About Me

With over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, I hold a Business Degree, a CIM Diploma in Marketing, and an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring.

I am very fortunate to have a job that I love, combining marketing and coaching and I am passionate about helping others achieve this too.

Having spent seven years heading up the Brand Department of a family-owned group of garden centres, in 2020, I took the leap to start my own business as a Marketing Consultant specialising in the wonderful world of Garden Centres.

Over the last five years I have found enormous satisfaction in working with marketeers within the industry and helping them develop. Having recognised this as a passion, and a skill, I took the decision to train as a Coach and Mentor and now enjoy splitting my time between marketing and coaching with the shared goal of helping people and businesses meet their full potential.

My work is built on three core values: trust, achievement, and kindness. These guide everything I do, ensuring a supportive, results-focused, and compassionate approach —whether I’m helping businesses grow through marketing or supporting individuals through coaching.
